The scientific stuff
On this page you will find details of the recipe and nutrients found in Olympian Venison & Potato... this is a really outstanding food and one of the most popular choices for our own dogs. It is hypo-allergenic and is made from the finest, leanest, most delicious venison meat available.
We're very proud of this great product, and happy to tell you as much as we can about what goes into it so that you can make an informed choice about your dog's nutrition. We think we have included everything you might need, but if there's something missing, please just ask. You can use the customer enquiry form on the website, or call us during regular office hours on 01953 714648. We may not be able to answer your question immediately, but will always come back to you, and do so as quickly as we can.
Some dogs can have difficulty with grains of all different sorts, most don't, but some do.Olympian Venison & Potato is completely free from wheat, and the other common allergy triggers - beef and milk. There are no artificial nasties - no preservatives, artificial colourings or flavourings or anything else, just pure goodness. The recipe is gently cooked, first with steam, to make sure that all the goodnes is kept in, and the food is very easy to digest - so even dogs with dicey tummies tend to do well on the food.
Whilst we know lots about dog food, we're not vets, so if your dog is unwell or has recurring dietary problems you should seek professional advice. If you're not sure where your nearest small animal practice is to be found, there's a list here. If you are concerned about the cost of visiting the vet, The Blue Cross offers subsidised services in many areas of Great Britain, to find out more, just click this link, or you could try the PDSA here.
