Making A Purchase
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch, PayPal and UK Sterling Cheques
by Post. Options are available at checkout. We do not charge
for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are
not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to place
your order over the Internet, please call our sales office on
+44 (0) 1603 759567.
No personal information is transmitted across the Internet until
you click the final "Submit Order" button. Until then
all the order processing takes place on your computer. The prices
are taken from a central database which enables us to keep the
site up to date but we do not keep any information from your computer
until you click the final Submit Order button.
Deliveries
Due to the weight of certain products the cost of delivery
is only included to certain areas. This is calulated in your shopping
basket. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges only when
required by the carriers but you will be informed of any change prior
to payment being processed at which point you may cancel your order
at no cost to yourself.
Orders will normally be despatched within 1 working day. Where
despatch is likely to be delayed more than 3 working days or the
item is not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail with the option
to cancel your order. Orders should be recieved within 2 to 5 working
days.
International customers should allow 21 days for delivery, however,
owing to restrictions on the export of food stuffs we are unable
to export dog food. Please contact us for information.
Dog Food, Treats & other food products
There are export restrictions on certain goods and customers outside
the UK are required to contact our sales office prior to purchase.

All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in UK Sterling
(GBP). The VAT rate for a given product is shown when you add a
product to your shopping cart. Countries outside the European Union
are VAT exempt, and this is taken into consideration when calculating
the price and any delivery charges.
Security
All personal information is sent in an industry standard encrypted
form called SSL. You will usually know when this is happening
because there is often a little padlock symbol on your browser
which changes from open to closed and you will probably get a
prompt to enter the secure area of the site. Don't worry if you
don't see this as sometimes a browser is told to disable these
indications - but your data is still secure
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the
goods are despatched, or within 8 working days from receiving the
goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned in
good condition, with their original packaging and within the 8
day period. Any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning
the product to us, are non-refundable.
Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within
5 working days. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods,
or complaints, should be made in the first instance via e-mail

To summarise...
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only
use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998) .
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from
us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes your
name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card
details (the latter are deleted once payment has been taken)
We will never collect sensitive information about you without
your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate
and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about
you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct it promptly.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European
Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors
to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which
would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser
to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way
